Telephone Calls to Your Doctor

If you have a question that cannot be answered by the receptionist or nurse, your name and telephone number will be taken and your doctor will return your call as soon as possible. Please be patient, as your doctor normally has a full schedule while he is in the office. If your call is an emergency, please be sure to tell your doctor’s receptionist and every effort will be made to contact your doctor immediately.

When Calling After Hours

When you have an urgent need to talk to your doctor after Medical Center hours, call our office phone number. It is answered 24 hours a day by our answering service who will contact your physician or the physician who may be covering for your physician. However, if your call is not answered and your call is urgent, call the hospital emergency room.

In Case of Emergency

Our offices are prepared to handle some minor emergencies during office hours. If possible, please telephone before coming to the office so we will be prepared when you arrive.
IN SOME CASES, YOU MAY BE INSTRUCTED TO GO DIRECTLY TO THE HOSPITAL.
